Our parallel twin screw barrel set is optimized for high-output extrusion lines (up to 800 kg/h) for pipes and profiles. Manufactured using 42CrMo with optional bimetallic liner, surface hardness reaches HRC 58–62. With perfect screw-barrel engagement, torque transmission remains above 98% efficiency. Compatible with KraussMaffei, Cincinnati, and other leading brands.
