A single screw extruder for blown film is widely used for processing LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE film materials.

Stable film production requires uniform melting and consistent extrusion pressure. Screw diameter, L/D, compression ratio, mixing design and RPM should be selected according to the resin and required output.

Poor screw design may cause unstable output, uneven melt temperature or poor film quality. For higher performance, barrier or mixing sections can also be considered according to the material.

When replacing a screw barrel, provide your material, screw diameter, L/D, RPM, output and existing drawing.
